Quality Control

Mailstation C/O Cidco Inc conducts regular inspections of inventory and stock. Products are inspected at the time of delivery and before they go out the door to your customers. In between that time, we routinely conduct inspections to check for outdated or soon-to-expire inventory items as well as low inventory numbers. All pertinent findings are communicated to our customers and quick, easy solutions are offered at that time to provide quick resolution. We also perform inspections of trailers for safety issues and address any findings before they create a problem.

Labeling

Labeling all products enables us to track the product at a moment’s notice. It also shows where product is stored, which is helpful in cases where product requires special handling and storage instructions. At the touch of a button, we can confirm that a product is being stored in the appropriate area and quickly identify any issues.

Inspections

Inspections on inventory are conducted routinely. Several factors are being monitored; inventory levels, storage conditions, in-transit damage, upcoming expiration dates.

Any anomalies that are discovered are quickly reported back to the customers so the appropriate action can be taken. Often, we can work with your staff to identify potential issues and scenarios to create protocols that can be followed in the event a scenario occurs. This limits last minute scrambling and allows our staff to implement those protocols immediately before the situation escalates.

Safety is a main concern. We are not only looking to safeguard your assets but we also are looking to maintain employee safety. For this reason, we also conduct inspections on all trailers. We are looking to identify potential risk factors because they cause a real problem. All findings are notated and reported to the appropriate parties.

Hazardous Materials

We don’t scare easily like some companies. We have many clients that deal with product that is labeled “hazardous”. Our facilities are well-equipped to handle such material.
