Mailstation C/O Cidco Inc is committed to minimizing occurrences of product shortages due to low inventory levels. Shortages translate into inabilities to fulfill orders. Unfulfilled orders cost money. Our systems are based on a monitoring system that not only checks for stock levels, but also storage conditions that may damage or spoil sensitive products. Our company is also capable of providing customized labels for your products that will permit items to be scanned into a co-signee’s system, increasing accessibility for our customers.

Product Checks

Our automated systems and experienced facility staff have a system of checks and balances in place that monitor and inspect product slated for delivery. The goal is to identify and correct any potential issues with the order before it leaves the facility and is shipped out to the customer. We thoroughly believe and invest in a pro-active approach to logistics and believe it eliminates a great many issues that may not be identified until it’s too late.

Load Flexibility

We can accommodate pre-loads for your customer orders. This not only provides a method of eliminating delayed shipments, but also permits us to more efficiently use our available manpower and facilities.

Product Labeling

Our company understands that our customers do not fit into a “one size fits all” category. Variety is often the key to setting yourself apart from your competition. We make every effort to create customizable options within our offered services. One of the customizable options allows for you to create custom labels for your product. We can create labels on a long term basis or for short term needs like promotions and sales.

Documentation

Our customers are given a choice of options for bills of lading including VICS bills of lading utilizing the Voluntary Inter-Industry Commerce Standards.

Carrier Networks

The fact that we have been in the shipping business for many years means that we have cultivated a large network of carriers. This access and relationship with these carriers allows us to procure the lowest shipping rates available for our clients. We choose the best option for the client’s needs and load specs to ensure prompt delivery at the lowest price.

Edi And Shipment Notifications

We encourage our clients to participate in the EDI interface we have available. This allows instantaneous communications with carriers and customers. It also allows customers to make quick changes to orders and view statuses.

The EDI notifications can be adjusted and customized to reflect the information noted on the product labels of the customers’ inventory.

Key Performance Indicators

We monitor shipment delays, load times, accuracy in order fulfillment and processing times. All data is compiled to report on KPIs (key performance indicators) that can be made available to the customer upon request or made a part of a regular reporting process.
