Processing And Notifications

As soon as your order comes in to our offices, it is immediately picked up and processed by one of our staff. Our staff treats every order with the same level of care and importance.

Customers have the following options available to submit their orders:

  • EDI interface (completely automated)
  • E-mail
  • Fax
  • Phone

EDI is the preferred method for order submission. The EDI interface allows for easy changes and edits and also permits customers real-time notifications of order processing.

Consolidation

The easiest way to save on shipping costs is to reduce the number of items or packages being shipped. We are always looking for opportunities to consolidate packages for our customers to help save them money. In addition, we have a large network of shipping carriers that we deal with that enables us to obtain the best rates for our clients’ packages and loads.

You can rest assured we are always looking for ways to save our customers money while helping them meet their goals and satisfy their own customers. When our customers’ customers are happy, then so are we.

Our shipping agents are literally the best in the business. They know how to get your shipments out on time and error-free.

Allocations

We follow our clients’ instructions to the letter in regards to product allocation. Every effort is made to ensure your customer orders are filled and handled according to your specifications. We also are continuously checking and monitoring inventory levels and we report any adverse findings to your assigned customer service rep so that they can communicate the information back to you.

Being Pro-Active

Our industry experts work with your company to create protocols to handle any potential issues like low inventory levels. These proactive protocols can be activated when inventory levels run low and are going to affect order fulfillment. This prevents last minute adjustments and chaos that could delay your customer shipments. The scenario has already been planned for, so the solution is already at hand. We will automatically adjust orders with the required substitutions and your customer orders go out the door without minimal delay. Pre-planning is the key.

Transportaton Management System (TMS)

Transportation Management Systems allow for communications between our shipping carriers and the co-signees for a seamless stream of data and information. Communication is important and this allows everyone to see the same information and plan and adjust schedules accordingly.

Utilizing TMS allows for an unhindered flow of shipments starting at the time the order is placed and received, until it loaded and leaves the dock.

  • Our family loves to travel and fortunately we are able to take a number of extended vacations each year.
