- EDI interface (completely automated)
EDI is the preferred method for order submission. The EDI interface allows for easy changes and edits and also permits customers real-time notifications of order processing.
The easiest way to save on shipping costs is to reduce the number of items or packages being shipped. We are always looking for opportunities to consolidate packages for our customers to help save them money. In addition, we have a large network of shipping carriers that we deal with that enables us to obtain the best rates for our clients’ packages and loads.

We follow our clients’ instructions to the letter in regards to product allocation. Every effort is made to ensure your customer orders are filled and handled according to your specifications. We also are continuously checking and monitoring inventory levels and we report any adverse findings to your assigned customer service rep so that they can communicate the information back to you.
Our industry experts work with your company to create protocols to handle any potential issues like low inventory levels. These proactive protocols can be activated when inventory levels run low and are going to affect order fulfillment. This prevents last minute adjustments and chaos that could delay your customer shipments. The scenario has already been planned for, so the solution is already at hand. Transportaton Management System (TMS)
Transportation Management Systems allow for communications between our shipping carriers and the co-signees for a seamless stream of data and information. Communication is important and this allows everyone to see the same information and plan and adjust schedules accordingly.
Utilizing TMS allows for an unhindered flow of shipments starting at the time the order is placed and received, until it loaded and leaves the dock.
