This page explains how our Mail Forwarding Service works. It takes you through all of the options you have as part of this plan and instructs you how to get started with setting up an account and designating Mailstation C/O Cidco Inc as your registered mail agent with the USPS.

Shop Virtually Anywhere In The World

International consumers often miss out on great prices and deals that are available in the U.S. This is due in part to the fact that many online stores do not ship overseas. What usually happens is that the customer has to use a family member or friend’s address in the States to have their purchases shipped for delivery. The recipient then needs to forward the package to the purchaser. It can be a big hassle and inconvenience that requires spending additional money and time.

Our mail services permit anyone to shop from any website regardless of location. Using the U.S. address that we provide for your use, you can shop at any online store and have your packages shipped to our location in the States at which point we will forward to you at your location.

To set up your account, create an account on our website and then click the following link to download the form required by the USPS: https://about.usps.com/forms/ps1583.pdf

You will be assigned your own mailbox number and once all of the information has been submitted, your account will be activated. Once the account is active, it is important to note that only payments from the account holder will be accepted. No other third party payments can be accepted on these accounts.

Receiving

Shop as you normally would at your online stores. When it comes to the section where you enter your shipping information, enter the address that you were provided by Fadelse.com.

You will receive a notification when your package arrives at our facility. The notification will be accompanied by photos of your package and the shipping label for your review.

All packages being forwarded overseas need to have a customs form completed. Please be advised that it is important that you are completely truthful when filling out the customs form. The form will ask for information regarding the contents and value of the packages.

If you are unsure of what the contents of a package are, you can instruct us to open the package and send you photographs of the contents.

Forwarding

When you receive a notification that your package has arrived, you need to log in to choose which carrier and shipping speed you prefer for each piece. Overseas shipping charges will be calculated after you make your selections and your packages will be forwarded on to you.
