We have taken the most frequently asked questions that are customers present to us and put them in one easy location for your convenience. Most of your questions can be answered here, but if not, we can be easily reached to answer any inquiry about our business you may have.

Are there any restrictions on the type of mail your company can handle for me?
There are no restrictions. We can accept envelopes or packages and even registered or certified communications. There are no carrier restrictions either. We process packages from FedEx, USPS, DHL, UPS, etc.
If someone misspells my name on my mail, will that be an issue?
Misspellings of your name will not affect delivery or processing of your mail. As long as your 5 digit mailbox is correct on the correspondence, we are able to process.
Am I able to call someone at your company with a question or problem?
Yes, you can most certainly call us and speak to someone on staff that can help you. We also have an on-line ticket request that you can use to ask a question or get information.
Am I able to have my mail automatically forward?
Yes, you have the option to set up all of your mailing preferences during your initial set-up. Just select the automatic forwarding option. You can opt to have your mail forwarded weekly or monthly. If you need to make any changes to your preferences, you can always do that by logging into your account and making your desired changes.
Is there a way to see my old bills?
You may view old bills and payments made by logging into your account and selecting the Billing option. All your billing and payment information can be accessed from that screen.
I need to cancel my account. Is that permitted?
Absolutely. Though we would hate to see you leave you can cancel your account under your login. Go to the Account selection and edit your billing preferences from there. This would include the option to cancel your account.
I need someone to act as my registered agent. Can your company do that for me?
Yes, we can act on your behalf as your registered agent. Just be sure to note us as a registered agent for you and we will take care of the rest. We offer this option at no extra charge.
Are there any special authorizations or forms that are required to use your mail services?
All customers are required to complete form 1583 from the USPS. The form needs to be completed with copies of approved IDs and must be notarized (when applicable). A copy of this form can be found here: https://about.usps.com/forms/ps1583.pdf or you can get one at your local post office.
How can I make sure I fill out the 1583 form correctly?

Does my mail have to be addressed in a specific manner?
You are given the option of choosing from several addresses for your correspondence. You simply select which option you want and we do the rest. You may also change your preferred address at any time by logging into your account and selecting another available option.
Is it okay if someone else uses my address?
There are no restrictions on how many people can use the address provided to you. As long as they have your permission, they can use the address for their mail. There are limitations on the amount of mail that can be processed during a given time, however, and you will want to make sure that those limitations are not exceeded as they may result in additional charges to your account.
Does your staff open my mail?
Our staff is prohibited from opening customer mail. If you request a certain item be opened by our staff, you may give us authorization to do so. We can take photos of the contents and forward them to you for your review. We can also dispose of unwanted items that you do not wish to have forwarded on to you. All disposals are handled utilizing security and privacy protocols to protect against identity theft.
How quickly will I be able to review my mail?
If you request a scan of a piece of correspondence, it will be available for your review within one day of your original request. Forwarded items can vary based on carrier delivery schedules, though you should receive them within a few days of our taking receipt of them.
How do you handle requests to forward mail?
We follow your instructions regarding the forwarding of mail. Items are sent out on a weekly or monthly basis based on your preferences. Once you access your delivered items online, you can set options on a piece by piece basis. You can flag items for forwarding, disposal or additional actions like opening and photographing of contents for your review.
How do I use my new address?
You have several options available to you. You can provide all of your contacts with your new address, you can also just provide the address to a select group of contacts at your discretion, or you can simply change your legal mailing address to this new address and all of your mail will be sent to us for processing.
I live near your offices, so can I just pick up my mail?
Unfortunately, we do not have that option available for our customers. We do offer a wide array of low cost shipping alternatives for our customers to minimize costs.
I am concerned about the amount of junk mail I receive. Will it be counted toward my piece limits?
No, our system immediately discards any items that are marked “resident” or “occupant” so they do not count toward your monthly limit.
Are the scans of my mail easily read?
We use state of the art scanners and all scans are processed at 300 dpi for optimum readability.
